        An delegation headed by Hon. Chen Xiaohong, Deputy Minister of Health of China, visited Namibia from 21-24 February 2008. The delegation held official talks with Hon. Petrina Haingura, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Services of Namibia, and Hon. Helmut Angula, Head of the NPC of Namibia respectivley, exchanging ideas on the ways to strengthen the bilateral health cooperations, including China's plan to build a hospital in northern Namibia and provide anti-malaria drugs. The delegation also visited the Katutura State Hospital, where the Chinese medical team has been working for years.
